Property management was not part of my original plan.
In 2020, I unexpectedly found myself responsible for an emergency phone and a growing portfolio of rental properties.
What started as stepping in to help quickly became a commitment to building a property management company centered on honest communication, dependable service, and taking good care of the properties and people entrusted to us.
Today, KNR Property Management manages hundreds of traditional rental properties and student bedrooms throughout Gainesville and North Central Florida, with an expanding presence in Crystal River and Florida’s Nature Coast.
We are still a local, hands-on company, and we believe owners should know who is managing their property, what is happening, and why.
